Instructions for Filling Out References for Your Drawing Commission
Hello,
In order to create a custom drawing commission that meets your expectations, I need some information and references. Please follow these instructions to help me understand exactly what you want:Type of Illustration:
-Bust, half body, full body, character design, Vtuber model, chibi, emotes.
-Personal or commercial use, a fee will be charged for commercial art.Payment Method:
-My payment methods are Wise or Paypal.
-50% of the payment will need to be made before starting the commission, or if you prefer, the full amount can be paid upfront.Delivery Time:
-Delivery times will be determined when the order is placed, it can vary according to the complexity and desired details.
-For emotes there is a fixed deadline, being: 1 emote-4 days / 6 emotes-7 days / 12 emotes-10 days.
-A fee will be charged for a specific deadline to prioritize it.Character Description:
-Describe the main character you want to be portrayed in the illustration.
-Include details about the character’s appearance, personality, age, background story, or any important features.Character Reference Images:
-Provide images, photos, or illustrations that show the character from different angles, facial expressions, and poses.
-Make sure to include references that highlight specific features, such as clothing, accessories, hairstyles, etc.Reference Poses:
-If the drawing includes a specific pose or action, provide reference images for these poses.
-This will help us understand the aesthetic style you prefer.Color Palette:
-If you have specific color preferences, provide a color palette or color references.
-This will ensure that the colors used in the illustration align with your expectations.Desired Size and Resolution:
-Specify the exact dimensions of the final image you want.
-This is important to ensure that the illustration is suitable for printing or online use.
-If no specific dimensions are provided, the default will be 3035x4299px at 300dpiOther Information (Optional):
-If there are other relevant details you want to include in the commission, such as information about the background, props, or special effects, please share them here.Please fill out the above information as detailed as possible. Payment Information and Instructions.
Here are the instructions on commission payment, if you have any further questions feel free to ask me.1- Payment methods.
-Wise;
-Paypal;2- Initial payment.
-To start the commission process, an initial payment equivalent to 50% of the total value is required.
-This initial payment is non-refundable (See the refund policy) and must be made before work begins.
-There is an additional 5% for the fees.3-Prices and additional fees.
-As shown in the table, the prices are:● Bust: Lineart: $5 / Flat Color- $10 / Full Render- $25
● Half Body: Lineart: $10 / Flat Color- $15 / Full Render- $35
● Full Body: Lineart: $15 /Flat Color- $20 / Full Render- $45-Please note that additional details or customizations may result in additional costs. The base price of the commission includes one character, simple accessories, simple background, and transparent background, and any additional details or requests will be evaluated and quoted separately based on complexity and time required for completion.4- Deadlines and Redos.
The minimum deadline for completion is 7 days, but the maximum may vary depending on the queue and the complexity of the work.
-The base price includes two sketch revisions; additional revisions will be charged at an additional rate. (the value can vary according to the redo).
-I will not make any revisions after the sketch phase, except to correct any errors in the colors.5- Payment receipts.
-All payment receipts must be sent to the email: [email protected] , and must contain as subject “Payment receipt (Client name and character)”6-Refund Policy
-Refund in case of CANCELLATION:
● If you choose to cancel your commission before work is started, you are entitled to a partial refund. The refund amount will be calculated as follows:
● If work has not yet started, you will receive a refund of 75% of the total commission value, deducting the initial payment.
● If work has already started (after sketch choice phase), refund will not be possible.7-Refund processing time:
-Refunds will be processed within 1 business day after approval of the refund request and may vary according to the refund mode (Paypal or Wise).
-All refund requests must be sent to [email protected] .This refund policy is designed to protect both parties and ensure a fair and transparent commission process. If you have any questions or need to request a refund, please contact me immediately to discuss your specific case.
